Common questions our clients have. If you don't find your questions feel free to shoot us an email and we will gladly assist you.

What’s your refund policy?

In the following cases we have rights to reject the refund requests/Cancellations:

  • If we miss the submission deadline due to clients delay/failure in providing necessary content and information on time.
  • Once we start the work/service for clients then we won’t be able to refund.
  • If client asks for refund in the middle or after completion of work/service done.
  • If client asks for refund after receiving contents and reports of the services/work done.
  • Customized Services/work are non refundable.
  • If we find a payment dispute or chargeback from a bank or credit card company your service/work will be blocked and or removed without any notice.
  • Refund or cancellations are not applicable for those works/services that are offered with special discounts or on special occasions.

What’s your return policy?

Promotional products cannot be returned or exchanged once your proof has been approved. We ask that you verify all spelling, grammar, information, and pictures before approving.

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

No, all our shipping is only in the United States to business, offices or residential areas.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 7 days 8 am - 5 pm. Just send us an email and we will help you.

What happens when there is an error in my print but I approved the design?

Unfortunately if you approved the design Calamar Designs is not liable for reprinting or reproduction of any product. But since we stand behind our customer service we will offer you reasonable discounts for a reprint.

How Long will it take my order to be done?

Print orders usually take 3-7 business days for full production, with the exception of large orders. We will provide you with a link for you to see what process is your order in.

Websites take 1-4 weeks depending on the number of pages needed as well as the access to your domain.

Do you offer any warranty?

Warranties are only offered the first 30 days of your website once your website is designed if you opt out of the monthly fee we have a service fee for diagnosis.

Do I get full rights to my logo design? 

Yes, of course, we do offer a price for buying your logo but if you don't see yourself needing your logo and rather not pay the price we offer a low design fee and you process all your orders through us.

Do I get the RAW editorial files?

Yes, there is a fee that is not included in estimates or services client must request at time of estimate or after service is conducted. 

Are there any copyrights?

Yes, Calamar Designs works hard to create designs for potential clients when you take our design to someone else to redesign it and we become aware we will take legal matters. Not only is it unethical to steal a business designs but it's also not the type of foundation you would want to start OR run your business under.

Do you have any payment plans?

At the moment we only have payment plans for our large websites. All our promotional products require a deposit to begin production.

Do you offer installation of signage?

Yes, we have a partner company who manages all our large storefronts, they include permits, insurances, installations, and services.

Do you offer installation for window graphics?

Yes, our service techs have over 10 years of window graphics installation.
